Yesterday, it came to our attention that Yellowstone National Park has a sweet basketball court:
So, other National Parks we’d like to see courts at:
Everglades NP
Thinking glass-bottomed here. Get all good and freaked out by the gators swimming under.
Glacier NP
I know we’re not supposed to remove any of the glaciers, but I would assume carving a gymnasium into the thick of one of them is kosher.
Hawaii Volcanoes NP
Yes. On top of the volcano. Lava spewing around.
Carlsbad Caverns NP
Obviously.
Joshua Tree NP
If for no other reason than that Bill Walton would be in heaven.
Grand Canyon NP
Picture it. Maybe carve out a ledge somewhere (again, I think we can make preservation exceptions for basketball—this is America, after all).
Isle Royale NP
Basketball-court-that’s-its-own-island-time, folks.

Ok I’m running out of ideas and most of the other ones I’m thinking of are either going to look the same as Yellowstone’s or they’re just a basketball court implanted next to the cool-looking things, like they would be at Arches.
