What’s the Deal with This Jeremy Renner App I’m Hearing About?

Every now and then, The Internet™ spits something out that I just don’t understand.

Recently, it’s been the Jeremy Renner App:

This is out of control. I don’t know how much of it is real. When I search Twitter for information on it, I receive no information, and only see more things that might be fake. I am mildly stressed out. I’m not even sure I know who Jeremy Renner is. Was he in Avengers? I saw one of those, I think. It was a few years ago. I didn’t see another one but I strung donuts along my friend’s windshield wipers while he was watching it. He was mad when he came out and saw the donuts. I think he thought they were bad for his car. But his car wasn’t eating them. I was eating them. They were bad for me. Physically. They were good for me. Emotionally.

Back to the topic at hand, though. I have four questions:

1. Does the Jeremy Renner app exist?

2. Does Jeremy Renner know the Jeremy Renner app exists?

3. Is Jeremy Renner responsible for the app that bears his name?

4. My impression is that this app is kind of like Instagram. Based on the screenshots I’m seeing. I’ve also seen screenshots talking about buying things on it, though. Some of these seem fake to me. So my final impression is that it’s a mix between Instagram and that Fyre app mentioned in the Fyre Fest documentaries and Facebook marketplace. How correct is that impression?

Thank you in advance for your answers. Especially if you’re Jeremy Renner and you know what’s going on. But if you’re Jeremy Renner and you don’t know what’s going on, that’s actually even better.
