The Iditarod starts today. This is great for a few reasons.
It reminds us Balto existed.
It reminds us Alaska exists.
It’s a gold mine of dog content, the light side of the force that drives The Internet™.
To be honest, I don’t know how to follow the Iditarod, but I bet we can figure it out, so check back here over the next few weeks for updates on the race. As of right now, all I know is that rookie Iditarod musher Blair Braverman is a great follow on the Twitter because she lets fans get to know her dogs through threads like the one that begins below.
