Here are *possible* rule changes for MBB for next season, per NCAA rules survey. Six-foul rule—with conditions—is interesting! Sign me up.

I don’t really know what the significance of the survey is, but given the NCAA’s usage of the NIT as a testing ground for rule changes, good to acquaint ourselves with all of these. After all, we are the vanguard. The cutting edge. (I hope they don’t get rid of the one-and-one.)
