I was listening to a podcast yesterday (not to brag) and someone said there’s this idea in journalism called writing in a pyramid style which means you should share the key information first and then layer in the details in decreasing order of importance. So, at the top of this pyramid, below the all-seeing eye from National Treasure, is this: Denny Hamlin won again yesterday.

Michael McDowell vs. Chase Elliott
Early in the race, Michael McDowell (journeyman driver, most notable for this crash in 2008) lost a tire and spun wildly. He told his team over the radio that Chase Elliott had knocked him into the wall a few laps earlier, something that, on the video, looks like it did happen, but might have just been normal bump drafting? I’m not sure. Make your own judgment:
