Let Romain Grosjean Drive an IndyCar on Route 66

Romain Grosjean was going on a tour of America during IndyCar’s Olympics/Couldn’t-Get-Into-Canada break, or so was the word. Turned out he was more just poking around in an RV, but given the guy started with Cincinnati and Louisville, you could be forgiven for thinking he was going to take the whole darn country out over a few weeks. There are four possibilities when you start a trip with Cincinnati and Louisville, and one of them is seeing the whole darn country.

Anyway, we got an update today from Route 66, and all I’m saying is guys come on let him drive an IndyCar the length of Route 66 (or the closest thing that remains yeah yeah I know some parts are overgrown):

Also have we talked enough about the phoenix imagery for a guy who almost died in a fire? Gallant!
