It’s (Almost) Burnley Time

As we’ve been saying, Burnley can’t clinch Premier League survival today. But they can get themselves to just one step away from relegation’s neighborhood.

Whom:

Burnley vs. West Ham

What:

EPL match 34 of 38 for the Clarets.

Where:

Turf Moor

When:

2:15 PM American Central Daylight Time

How to Watch:

Peacock. Boo!

What’s at Stake:

With a win, Burnley pulls into 13th place, at least temporarily, and could get themselves to just a point away from clinching, depending what West Brom does against Wolverhampton here in a moment.

The Odds:

NBC says PointsBet says Burnley’s at +195 to win, West Ham’s at +135 to win, and a draw’s at +235. So Burnley’s slightly more likely than not to get a point, which would push them up to 15th (a loss would likely leave them in 16th).

Burnley News:

Robbie Brady and Kevin Long are still out, but it sounds like Ashley Barnes and Jóhann Berg Guðmundsson are available? I’m getting that idea from the preview on Burnley’s website.

Bertie News:

This is a parody account, but it doesn’t mean this didn’t happen. Maybe we just haven’t heard yet!
