I’m Going to Lead UC-Riverside to a Simulated NIT Title

Recently, Eli Boettger, the man behind Heat Check CBB, announced the creation of a remarkably detailed sim league on his site.

Here’s how it’s going to work: https://thebarkingcrow.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/Instruction-Manual-—-Heat-Check-CBB-Simulation-1.pdf

As I said: Remarkably detailed. Mr. Boettger, if you’re reading this, color me impressed.

Thankfully, I was on Twitter the day the signup form came out (I’m on Twitter everyday, but I’m not always thankful for it), and The Barking Crow will be represented, with username allthingsnit manning the helm at Joe Kelly’s alma mater, UC-Riverside.

Updates to come, beginning in a week and a half when I get to decide our tempo, recruiting style (Will we break rules? Yes), and other things, but as you can imagine, the goal is NIT championships, and lots of ‘em.
