Exciting Times: The Senators Play Again Today

The Senators, winners of three straight games (*pause for applause*) play this afternoon.

Whom:

Senators vs. Calgary Flames

Where:

Ottawa

When:

12:00 PM American Central Standard Time

Television:

No American channels.

The Odds:

Sens at +125. Is this the closest they’ve been to favorites all year? I’m not sure. I feel like some of those early series were high on them. But either way, looking lively and the market’s taking notice.

Senators News:

Derek Stepan’s injury might be bad. Possibly season-ending? Poor dude. Also, Erik Brännström’s been going back and forth between the roster and the taxi squad, and it turns out it’s a money-saving maneuver. Something a lot of teams are doing. NHL loophole. Poor dude there, too (I’m assuming he’s the one from whom the money is being saved).
