One of the nice things about Rob Manfred being so irredeemable (in my eyes, not the eyes of God) is that it’s easy to blame him for everything. So much of it is legitimately his fault. Anyway, Joe Kelly’s getting snubbed by TIME today. His Astros game was the best thing that happened this year.
