The Senators Are Back Tonight

To be clear, “back” in this case means “back on the ice,” not “back to winning” or something like that. To my knowledge, the Senators have never been good enough for that use of the word.

Whom:

Senators vs. Calgary Flames

Where:

Ottawa

When:

6:00 PM Central Daylight Time

Television:

Only for the Canadians

The Odds:

Sens at +150. Better than usual!

Senators News:

Joey Daccord’s likely out for the season with a high ankle sprain. Matt Murray’s still week-to-week, and Marcus Högberg isn’t fully healthy yet. The Senators did recently pick up Anton Forsberg, a mostly AHL goalie over his career, so for the time being, it’s him and Filip Gustavsson—the 22-year-old Swede the Senators have been playing some in the AHL the last few seasons. Sounds like Gustavsson’s getting the start tonight.
