The word came out yesterday. Texas will not be going to Kentucky, due to Covid issues within Kentucky’s program.
The thoughts:
1. Hope everyone’s ok.
As always, we hope everyone makes a full, quick recovery, and that spread—within the program and without—stops with those who have it.
2. Not the worst canceled game for Texas.
Texas was going to be shorthanded, playing a mediocre team with a terrible résumé on the road. There wasn’t a lot of good that could come of that.
