The Celtics were eliminated from the NBA Summer League tournament yesterday, which means that Tacko Fall’s 2019 NBA Summer League run is over.
And what a run it was.
Fall didn’t get much action in the game, playing only six minutes (you’ll remember the Celtics lost, which is pretty interesting in light of them sitting their best player), but he did make his presence felt before the game tipped off, showing off this bad man move:
For us, the waiting game now begins, as we keep our ears peeled for news of Fall signing, not signing, going to the G-League, going to Europe, etc. We have no way of knowing what will happen, but even if the Celtics and the rest of the NBA collectively do the dumbest thing imaginable, at least we had the Summer League.
At the least, we had the Summer League.
