Stu’s Notes: Meet Aaron Rodgers’s New Girlfriend

Who is Aaron Rodgers’s new girlfriend? What is Aaron Rodgers’s new girlfriend’s name? What does Aaron Rodgers’s new girlfriend do for a living?

Kind of tough to answer all of those, to be honest.

Yesterday, having thought that Rodgers and Shailene Woodley were still together and just not engaged anymore, but being told, “Ex,” when I referred to her as his partner, I learned, as many people were simultaneously learning, that the Packers quarterback and famous dater of people who make me a little bit scared has a new girlfriend. What’s her name? Well, that’s the thing.

She’s the one on the left.

There’s a lot there on Instagram, but the basics are these:

  • She goes by “Blu of Earth.”
  • She best describes herself as an artist.
  • She’s probably down with the peyote retreats or whatever he’s doing out there.

The problem with Shailene Woodley, for the Packers, was that she wasn’t too keen on Wisconsin. Beyond that? I mean, Rodgers was playing pretty well, right?

Ideally, Blu of Earth is like Shailene Woodley but down with the North Woods. Fingers crossed.

Horns Up, Horns Down

Oklahoma got Texas in softball, but we’ve gathered, and we decided we’re on board with baseball too. Unless we get attached to ECU, in which case, sorry guys.

The Rangers Are Dead

Lightning gets us all if we play outside long enough. That’s statistically accurate.

The Angels Are Dead But Not Fun Anymore

Bummer here. They did not lose forever.

Viewing schedule for the weekend, with the acknowledgment that other college baseball is going on and it is fun and I am not going to list it all here because there is a lot (!!) of it:

Friday, 12:00 PM EDT: Texas @ East Carolina, Game 1 (ESPN2)
Saturday, 1:00 PM EDT: East Carolina vs. Texas, Game 2 (ESPN2)
Sunday? TBD? Texas @ East Carolina, Game 3 if necessary (TBA)

Hook ‘em. I want Bevo’s Fake Nuts content.

Friday, 7:05 PM EDT: Cubs @ Yankees (MLB TV)
Saturday, 7:15 PM EDT: Cubs @ Yankees (MLB TV)
Sunday, 1:35 PM EDT: Cubs @ Yankees (MLB TV)

Time to pull some pranks, Cubbies. They’d be good pranks, too.

Friday, 9:00 PM EDT: Warriors @ Celtics (ABC)

I do still expect NIT legend Juwan Morgan to have a moment. But I expect a lot of things.

Saturday, 8:00 PM EDT: Rangers @ Lightning, Game 6 (ESPN)

We will pay our respects. I guess that if the Cubs are also beating the Yankees this could go down as a double-prank. Might tell myself that as I struggle to not weep for the future of hockey and the future of this nation.

Sunday, 7:00 AM EDT: Azerbaijan Grand Prix (ESPN)

I hope they brought the tires from last year.

Sunday, 1:30 PM EDT: IndyCar @ Road America (NBC)

IndyCar? Road America? Chalk one up for the U.S.A.

This does feel like an exciting one. Got that vibe to it.

Sunday, 4:00 PM EDT: NASCAR Cup Series @ Sonoma (FS1)

Sonoma’s usually exciting, and I don’t just say that because last year Ross Chastain got away with cutting out the whole hairpin when the caution came out.
