On Monday, Spirit Airlines was in the news for something. I think a flight attendant tried to kick a kid off the plane for eating without a mask on? If they went through with it, I hope they gave the kid a parachute. Anyway, I don’t know what happened. I wasn’t paying attention.
Which became obvious when I, pretending to be a bird on The Internet™ (as I sometimes do), saw Spirit Airlines was trending, said, “They’ve probably got some sale going on” to myself, and tweeted the following at them, Spirit Halloween, and a Chattanooga-based comedian:
Spirit Halloween, which probably did know what was going on, was quick on the response:
So, there you have it. Not the same.
Truly a great moment in the history of twitter dot com.
Can’t believe that website is free.
And also . . . Spirit Halloween Airlines has a lot of potential.
Holiday-themed air travel could be a real market disruptor.
If Spirit Halloween Airlines comes into existence, I am going to insist that the flight attendants conclude their safety briefing by saying, “Welcome aboard, and we hope you enjoy the FRIGHT” and then cackle menacingly.
Oh my gosh you’re a genius.
