Sens in the States: Ottawa Comes to Dallas

The Senators are in Texas, I’m not going to be in Texas as of tonight (sorry, Fargo, your friend who housed you during the AC incident’s gonna be staying with you), this is a grand sadness but thankfully, I don’t think the Stars are in danger of being contracted (ditto the Sens…right?) and I don’t think my buddy Stewie’s moving away from Dallas anytime soon, so maybe next year.

Whom

Senators vs. Dallas Stars

When

8:30 PM Ottawa Time (EDT)

Television

ESPN+

The Odds

DAL -185; OTT +165; o/u 5½ (o -115) [English translation: The Senators are something like 36% likely to win, with the expected number of goals at about 5.6]

The Opponent

The Sens beat the Stars a week and a half ago in Ottawa, with the Stars splitting since then but adding an overtime loss. They’re fine. Not great, not terrible. Fine.

The Senators

Sounds like Filip Gustavsson’s gonna start in goal, and Dylan Gambrell was skating on the fourth line at practice this morning, so expect him to debut.
