Senators Won Yesterday (No Big Deal or Anything)

Oopsies!

The Final:

Senators 2, Jets 1

How It Happened:

With eight seconds left in the third, Brady Tkachuk redirected the shot of someone named Mike Reilly (haven’t learned who he is yet, but maybe this week) to give the Senators their third victory of the season. Triumph in Winnipeg.

Any Fights?

Nope. Good clean game from the lads.

Standings:

Moving up (in points, not places).

Montreal: 20 points, 15 games played
Edmonton: 18 points, 16 games played
Winnipeg: 17 points, 14 games played

Vancouver: 14 points, 18 games played
YOUR BELOVED OTTAWA SENATORS: 7 points, 16 games played

Senators News:

Marcus Högberg made the start in goal, which was kind of a surprise. He had a great outing. Good for him.

Right before puck drop, the Senators announced they’d traded two guys I don’t know of for Ryan Dzingel. I will attempt to soon learn who Ryan Dzingel is.
