Senators/Canadiens, Round Two

I would ask if the Senators could pull off the sweep, but honestly I’m pretty happy with just the one win. No complaints here.

Whom:

Senators vs. Montreal Canadiens

Where:

Back home in Ottawa. The Senators’ home. Not my home. I’ve never been.

When:

12:00 PM American Central Standard Time

How to Watch:

Not on American television.

The Odds:

Senators are at +220 to win. Seems appropriate.

Senators News:

Well they won on Thursday, so that’s pretty big. Also, evidently there are rumors that Derek Stepan could be traded soon, which has required me to learn who Derek Stepan is.

Stepan, it turns out, is a veteran center the Sens acquired from the Coyotes prior to the beginning of the season. He was supposed to provide some leadership, but he’s reportedly unhappy with his role, and he’s reportedly playing like shit, so reportedly it sounds like both parties would be happy to split if they can find someone to give something for him. In the meantime, I now know who ten players on the Senators are, and I’m gathering the head coach is named D.J. Smith.
