Good news, guys. I was really tired when I came home yesterday, so I ate three or four ice cream bars from the freezer (enough that I lost count), and then later when I was still hungry I didn’t want to use up the last of the black beans because I was afraid someone else was planning on using them, so I did chipless nachos without the beans, which means yes, I just ate a bowl of microwaved shredded cheese for the second half of my dinner. Woke up feeling normal, so despite what my Fitbit app says, I am clearly in responsible physical condition.
