Do you go to the TJs downtown or the one in the South, or are there yet more TJs in Austin? I always like the one downtown because I could look at the old coal plant there that is no office space. Crazy there was a literal coal powerplant in the middle of downtown.
Also, is there a scorecard approach that you might use to keep track as you review different milks? Taste, mouth feel, shade / color, and intangibles?
Thank you. We are a Downtown Trader Joe’s family. Partially because if we have time left on our parking validation we can go watch the dogs in that little park across from Town Lake in the evening. Didn’t know that powerplant was coal! Pretty neat. Love us some good Seaholm District.
