Is Milk the Secret to Happiness?

In case you’ve forgotten:

Vitamin D helps you feel happier.

Milk is a good source of Vitamin D.*

Just saying.

*My understanding is that it’s a decent source of Vitamin D, especially when it’s whole milk, and then that it’s often fortified enough that it becomes a good source of it, but I’m not an expert on such matters and I had a run-in with Google yesterday that has me on my toes.
