I have good news and bad news. First, the good news. We figured out how to embed these videos. Probably should have remembered how easy it is to embed tweets, given we do it all the time.
Second, the bad news. Did you guys know it costs five dollars per person to go to the Austin public pool with the diving board? That means that if you’re a 29-year-old man who asks his pregnant wife to come take a video of him doing a cannonball amidst a group of children,* it will cost you ten dollars, because there are two of you. That or it will cost your wife ten dollars, in the event you left your wallet in the car because your swimsuit has small pockets.
The Olympics stir something up in all of us.
*I didn’t know the kids would be there, but I must say: Their racial diversity really added to the Olympic feel.
