How Memorable Will That Cubs Comeback Be?

The Cubs won last night, and while it was overshadowed by Joe Kelly making an appearance and Bobby “He Played in the NIT” Portis winning the NBA Finals, they had quite the comeback. Six runs in the ninth. Started on Yadier Molina allowing Patrick Wisdom to reach first on a strikeout. Ended with Ian Happ doubling into the corner to give the Cubs a lead. And then, you know, the Cardinals going down in order in the ninth.

Anyway, it got me wondering where this stacks up in terms of the most memorable comebacks of this Cubs era, and off the top of my head, this slots in behind the 2018 Rookie of the Year David Bote Game™ and Game 4 of the 2016 NLDS, but maybe alongside that really cold day against Atlanta in 2018? I’m sure I’m forgetting some. But it was fun!
