Disko Bay: Thoughts

So there’s this bay in Greenland:

What do you want me to say? Do you want me to ask if Donna Summer is playing on a loop on the western coast of the world’s largest island? Do you want me to ask if all the polar bears are wearing Qiana and sequins? Do you want me to make some joke about that character from The Simpsons we claimed was our friend in 2018 when we were still establishing the firmness of our border with reality? Do you want me to ask if Earth, Wind & Fire is playing on a loop on the western coast of the world’s largest island?

There’s a bay in Greenland named Disko Bay. Disko Bugt, evidently, in the local imperial tongue. I know little else.
