What a setting. The Dodgers go on the road, their fearless leader downed by the cruel whims of fate, his good friend David quite possibly taking the ball in his stead, a could-probably-be-called-a-nation (talking California) watching anxiously from afar.
I’ll be honest. I don’t know what’s going to happen. This may be surprising, but it’s the truth. I do not know what the Dodgers will do tonight.
But man, I sure know this:
They’ll have no shortage of motivation.
