Thank you to everyone who participated in the selection process for Bangers IV. Averaging your votes with The People’s Rankings from each of the first three bangers brackets, we’ve assembled a group of 64 all-star bangers from 1990 through 2014, and roughly seeded them into a bracket. The full bracket is below.
We’ll begin voting tomorrow morning, with the goal being to finish the first round by the end of the day on Friday and start the second round Monday morning. If you want to get a head start on discerning your votes, here’s the link to the playlist, which is in bracket order. If you notice anything out of whack—we’ve used the wrong version of a song, we’re missing a song, the songs aren’t in bracket order, etc.—please let us know. Otherwise? We’ll see you bright and early for voting on Google Forms and Instagram (make sure you’re following @thebarkingcrow, as this is the easiest way to vote).
