I do not approve of gang activity, or of any other sort of organized crime (although I do approve of high school students soaping the word[s] “butt hole” on their friends’ cars, and if they must organize to do that, so be it).
But if you’re gonna do it…
It’s interesting to me that no gang has claimed suits of armor as their apparel, or gone about committing violent acts using broadswords. No gang’s hierarchy, to my knowledge, is determined by jousting. I’d guess there’s a gang or two out there riding around on horses, but they probably aren’t calling them “my steed.”
Yes, I know, the middle ages lost for a reason. But was that reason that armor and swords weren’t cool? I don’t think it was. And there’s only one way to find out for sure.
