2021 Milk Diary, Vol. I

First off, let me say I can’t recommend this enough. We’re not even four days in, and my relationship with milk has never been deeper.

Second, let me explain that I’m only recording things I know contain milk. And so as not to be overwhelmed, I am trying very hard to not find out definitively if there is or isn’t milk in extra chunky peanut butter. So please don’t tell me.
