I watch very little television. Not that I don’t enjoy it. I just never think to do it. I’ve probably written this on here before.
Anyway, I watched the trailer and read this review of Penguin Town, and please, I need you to let me know if this is worth my time. Ted Lasso-style, I need constant, ceaseless pushes to watch this show, if it is indeed a show worth watching. And it looks like it well might be:
We were in Simon’s Town, South Africa, in October of 2014–and saw this colony of penguins on the beach! The beaches and rocks were thick with penguins, none of whom were scared of people. They are comical, and so easy to anthropomorphize. Just watched the first episode of the Netflix series. Quite entertaining!
if you watch this, you will lose my respect.
