Another cancelation came down yesterday.
1. The outbreak is not yet under control.
With every game that gets canceled, there’s the implication that the program is still not ready to resume practicing, which furthers our awareness of the number of players and personnel infected and heightens the statistical probability that one or more players or staff are experiencing a rather bad case of the virus.
So while we always make sure to highlight in these cancelation posts that we hope everyone’s ok, we should highlight this time that the situation’s more grim than usual (though in the overall college basketball landscape, sadly not unusual this year). Really, really hope everyone’s ok.
