Shocking, right? In UIC’s latest report, Chicago remains the most corrupt city in the United States, with Illinois more corrupt than every state but Louisiana (D.C. is also more corrupt, but including a population with that many lobbyists and bureaucrats in this is like counting wings on a chicken farm).
